Last Updated: December 07, 2025

At KittWeb.com, we respect your privacy and your rights to control your personal data. This page explains the rights you may have under privacy laws like the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) in the European Union/UK, the CCPA/CPRA (California Consumer Privacy Act) in California, and others, and how you can exercise them.

How to Submit a Verifiable Request

To exercise any of the rights listed above, please submit a verifiable request to us by:

Email: privacy@kittweb.com (Preferred Method)

You may also use any contact method listed on our main Contact page.

What Makes a Request “Verifiable”?

For security and to protect your data from unauthorized access, we must verify your identity before fulfilling most requests. When you contact us, please:

  1. Provide enough information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information.
  2. Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable request to verify the requestor’s identity.

For California Residents: “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”

The CCPA defines “sale” and “sharing” broadly to include making personal information available to third parties for personalized advertising, even if no money is exchanged.

  • We may “sell” or “share” identifiers (like Cookie IDs and IP addresses) and internet activity data with advertising partners (like Google AdSense) to provide you with personalized ads.
  • To opt-out of this “sale/sharing” for personalized advertising, you have two options: 1. Global Privacy Control (GPC): You can use a browser or extension that broadcasts the GPC signal. We will process GPC signals as a valid request to opt-out. Learn more at Global Privacy Control. 2. Manual Opt-Out Form: Submit a request via the method above, specifically stating you wish to “Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing.” 3. Cookie & Ad Partner Opt-Outs: You can also manage this directly via our Cookies Policy page, which provides links to industry opt-out tools (DAA, NAI) and instructions for managing browser cookies.

Authorized Agent Requests

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. Your authorized agent must provide written proof of your permission (e.g., a notarized power of attorney) or we may require the agent to verify their own identity and that you gave them permission to submit the request.

Our Commitment & Response Time

We are committed to responding to your verifiable request promptly and in accordance with applicable law.

  • We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 10 business days.
  • We aim to provide a substantive response within 45 calendar days. If we need more time (up to an additional 45 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period.
  • If we cannot fulfill your request, we will explain why (e.g., we cannot verify your identity, or a legal exception applies).

Appeals Process

If we deny your request in whole or in part, you may appeal our decision by contacting us at privacy@kittweb.com with the subject line “Privacy Request Appeal.” We will inform you in writing of any action taken or not taken in response to the appeal, along with a written explanation of the reasons, within 60 days.
